Listen to me.
You need carbohydrates. YES YOU DO. Oh, and the Atkin’s Diet does not work. Dr. Atkins 1)was obese and 2) died before he could do more research on his “diet plan”. But book publishers wanted to make money so they threw a “Dr.” on the book as an author and sales skyrocketed.
Anyway. Back to my point. You need carbs to have a balanced intake of nutrients. “Losing weight fad diets” don’t work, but a balanced diet will help you lose weight.
And, being that I’m now a Certified Culinarian & a Nutritionist, I’m going to utilize my knowledge of food to create an organized and specialized meal plan for myself. Couple that with some rigorous exercise, and hello again to my SoBe body ’07.
Usually, I tend to waver from new projects after a couple of weeks. As a means of motivation, I’m going to be blogging about the meals I’ll be creating and post some recipes and pictures. Hopefully that will give me a good start.
